Rainbow Roadshow: Call Out for Volunteers in Cork, North, East and West

We are currently seeking volunteers to work with our staff in expanding access to LGBTI+ groups, events and services in Cork County. If you are in North, East or West Cork and would like to join us get in touch.

There are many other ways for Corporate Volunteers to support the work that we do depending on the skill sets that they bring. In the past, corporate volunteers have helped us by volunteering at events or provided training for our staff. You can find us on Benevity. For more information get in touch.

Fundraise

Host an event in your school, workplace or community in aid of Gay Project. Contact us for guidelines on running a successful fundraising event: info@gayproject.ie

Host an online fundraiser for the Gay Project! Donate your birthday on Facebook or host a GoFundMe to support our work.

In 2025 Gay Project launched Gay Card, a fundraising initiative to raise funds for the development of Gay Projects new Community Centre. There were 2 tiers, Limited Access (€50/50 available) and Full Access (€150/200 available). 

We partnered with some fantastic local Cork businesses to bring discounts to Full Access Members. Partnering businesses included WILDE, Carbon Hair Design, Amicus, Cork Flower Studio and many more. All Gay Card holders were sent Gay Project goodie bags and were invited to exclusive social events.
